Forensic Investigation

Forensic Investigation work is designed to ind the cause and origin of chronic or persistent problems in a building and/or verify its associated costs.

We use various diagnostic tool and years of experience in finding problem sources so they can be remedied.  Sometimes they are even part of open insurance claims or investigation of claims.  Some examples of what we discover are caused by:

• Unusual or offending odors from unknown sources
• Dank or Musty smells
• Recurring moisture problems
• Tenant or Occupant complaints of sickness from mold or offending odors

We at MSI find the sources and the causes, then give you a corrective action plan.  We can do this discreetly so as not to alarm tenants or occupants. After-hours scheduling is available.
